Europa Shield 2010 - Day 1

Mitcham finished the pool stage of the 2010 Europa Shield in third place. Mitcham will now play the Hungarian side, BKK Kenguruk in the 5th/6th play-off tomorrow (Sunday 24th January).

Mitcham's only win came in their last game of the day against German side, Schildgen.

Mitcham were convincingly beaten 15 goals to 7 in their opening match was against Catalan side, CEVG. Mitcham's second match was against old rivals, NC Benfica from Portugal. The Portuguese side won 14-10.
