Mitcham have been placed in a pool with CEVG (Catalonia), NC Benfica (Portugal) and Schildgen (Germany).

The other English side - Kwiek Korfball Club - have been drawn against Budapest (Hungary), Kolin (Czech Republic) and Wroclaw (Poland).

The next edition of the Europa Shield competition will take place in Százhalombatta, near Budapest (Hungary) on 23rd and 24th January 2010.
