This years Annual General Meeting will be held on Monday 29th June 2009.

Members should arrive from 7.30pm, with the meeting starting promptly at 8pm.
Club secretary, Carly Holness has issued copies of the club's rules and constitution and the minutes from 2008 to all members.
Any proposals for changes to the rules and constitution should have been sent to Mitcham's secretary, Carly Holness no later than 7 days prior to the AGM.
