This years Annual General Meeting will be held on Monday 30th June 2008.

Members should arrive from 7.30pm, with the meeting starting promptly at 8pm.
Chairperson, Sam Wells has issued copies of the club's rules and constitution and the minutes from 2007 to all members by last week.
Any proposals for changes to the rules and constitution should have been sent to Mitcham's secretary, Kath Cooper no later than 7 days prior to the AGM.
